In case of any complaint, it is required to attach the scans or photos of the receipt and guarantee, done by the digital camera.

Regulations concerning submitting the complaints:

  1. All complaints are processed through the Customer Service, which is availabale for the complaints from Monday till Friday from 8 a.m. till 5p.m.
  2. Detailed data concerning the appliance, production date are on the guarantee or on the rating label.
  3. Scan of the proof of purchase should be attached to the claim. As regards built in devices skan of the assemblage should be attached (does not concern appliances under 3,5 KW).
  4. Please expect the phone call or an e-mail given on the claim.
  5. Sending the claim is not explicit to approving it.
  6. According to the conditions of the guarantee, all of the unjustified visits of our service are paid by the client.
  7. Please fill in the form accordingly and give the clear description of the defect.
  8. Zelmer Market is not responsible for the incorrect contact details on the form, given by the client.
  9. I allow my personal data to be processed in the process of claims, according to the Personal Protection Act from 29 August 1997 (Dz. U. Nr 133, poz. 883).
